Hey. I just got my Ring of Sunfire and I noticed that it only gives 3% reflect spell and 5% resist disease. I am only lvl 1, but mine even worse than the 1-4 version (according to uespwiki) which is 8% reflect spell and 10% resist disease. I thought it could have been changed by OOO, but I checked the readme and couldn't find anything about it.
Does anyone know what could have changed this?

OOO does indeed change the strength of the enchantment on the Ring of Sunfire. With OOO, the weakest Ring of Sunfire enchantment is exactly as you described.

Oh. Is there any way to change this, and the effects on other artifacts, after I installed OOO?

The only way to change that, AFAIK is to install the "light" version of OOO where it allows you to install the individual ESPs (allows you to choose which ones to install).
