Rings of Blood Magic (Human) : V

Hey guys,

Im thinking about starting a new build using a basis from the Telvanni Wizard build on the Skyrim Blog. But I cant decide what side to go on (DG vs. Vamps). The main reason why I want to go with the volkihar is for the rings of blood magic, but i dont want the negative effects of being one. If I get the rings while I'm a vampire, can I cure myself afterwards and still get the effects from them?

, the descriptions could help. I don't think it's necessary though. You could probably have this answered by Googling the rings. The UESP likely already has it covered.
