Hiya! Was wondering if the rings of mara can be used with say 3 ppl?? Instead of 2?? I have pre-ordered the Imperial Edition, obviously since you don't get the rings with the reg version, and am going to be playing with 2 other friends to begin with. So, the question is, do I have to go out and find a leveling buddy of my own? And not be able to quest with my friends because they will be earning xp faster than me, thus leveling up faster than I can?? I mean, you should be able to do this with more than 2 ppl, especially if you are in a guild with them.

The mara ritual is between two people. You can only equip 1 ring at a time.

You can have multiple rings i guess, but you just can't equip more then one.

Do note that you can only use your rings on one toon, if you create another one, the rings will not be there.

If you're part of a regular group it would be most unwise to use it, for the very reason you've stated.

It's a nice little thing - the Rings of Mara and the bonus therein - but like anything, it's not appropriate in all situations.

The other thing worth note is the bonus it gives. I don't know the value, but if it's say around 5% or so, it's not really going to make that much difference to your group and unbalance things.

Don't understand why you couldn't equip more than one...or at least I don't see why they couldn't change it to be more than one. Just don't allow the xp % gain to stack on the player that's already "commited" to another player, but allow the odd man out to receive the bonus.
