Christine Cavanaugh has died at 51.
She was mainly a voice actor that I'm sure many of us grew up with, or at least know of her work enough to instantly recognize her unique voice.
Although retiring a decade ago, she remained well known for voicing the titular pig from Babe, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, and Chuckie from Rugrats.
Also did some acting, most notably on The X-Files and ER.

It's always strange when you realize a voice is gone forever. It can be imitated, but never duplicated.

I don't believe a cause of death has been announced yet.
