The first act to start this quest is to "Steal Suvaris Atheron's logbook". However, the game won't let me take it, instead just offering the option to "Forge Numbers Business Ledger". I believe this is a result of joining the thieves' guild as one of the randomly generated quests is to forge numbers on ledgers at random businesses.



Nevermind. I found the logbook, It's still there, but under the ledger so it's very hard to pick up.
