Recently, I got the Game of the Year edition, and fired up the game. Everything went smoothly for Point Lookout and Operation: Anchorage. But, when I went into the Broken Steel storyline, I got to the part where you go to Rivet City to talk to some security officer there about the Aqua Pura caravan raids. When I arrived at Rivet City, The graphics kept changing from super low quality to high quality every five seconds, and got really annoying. Is there any way to fix this? Also, this is my first bug encounter for Fallout 3, if that means anything.
