Rivited Past

This is where it all began. Rivet City has been my home for most of my life, after my father and mother abandoned me. I had been in the caravan asleep, as my parents were traders. when I woke up, I was sitting in D.C., desolate, and ruined. I had no food, no water, no weapons. I was stuck and alone in the wastes. I wandered for many years, eventually being found by a Brotherhood of Steel Paladin. He took me to the Citadel, where I spent years, training, learning, and studying. I was finally old enough to join battle, and did so. I disobeyed an order to kill my mentor, and became an outcast. Again, I was alone in the wastes, leading a life of travel and hardship. Wandering finally led me to a boat dubbed, "Rivet City." I was weary and I punched the intercom button: "Let me in the city..." I said, tired and hungry. The bridge swung from it's resting place, and creaked its way over to the platform I stood upon. My metal boots hit each step with a lead-like thump. I was so tired that the only thing keeping me standing was the power armor's support features. I wandered around there for a bit, eventually getting a hotel room. Over a course of years, the boat became home. I had a shop, a life, and most importantly, a purpose. My shop had been doing extremely bad, and started to go out of business. That is when I met your mother. She had beautiful blue eyes, like pools of water rippling constantly. Her face was smooth and just, not a wrinkle touching it. Her body was curved, and slight. Her smile was pretty, and her eyes sparkled when she did. We got married, and had you. You lived your life as you wished, and you left nothing out.

He set off on his usual business and opened the door, revealing the tented area.

Jay strolled into the marketplace when he heard yelling. He looked toward the source of the noise and saw a little girl trying to get something back from a bully. He was holding some caps and a teddy bear above her arm's reach and taunted her with "Ha ha shorty want her stupid bear back? Jump for it!" Jay was immediately infuriated, because he also was bullied as a child. Because of this Jay helped all of the orphan children in the city.

Jay quickened his pace towards the conflict, and upon reaching the fight, drew his switchblade. A click and a swipe were heard as the blade flung out of the handle. The bully heard this and stopped cold. He turned around slowly.

"Give me EVERYTHING you just took from that girl." Jay growled. The bully nervously opened his handful of caps and dropped them into Jay's hand, and the bear followed. Jay snatched it up and scared the bully off. Jay looked to the girl, who had tears running down her cheeks, and calmly smiled, wiped off her face and gave her back the teddy and caps.

Jay started walking again, in the direction of Gary's Galley. "Your turn to distract Gary, Allen" Jay said and flashed a smile.

(OCC: We need more people X_X sure we could do this ourselves but it would be more fun with people >_<)

IC: Allan just sighed, "We could always just make money by getting jobs." But Allan knew Jay wouldn't listen so he went up to Gary and started asking him about what gossip he had heard. Gary was all to happy to share there was allot to gossip about apparently.... Jay hurry up... Allan just nodded his head and said "Interesting, go on." Gary was happy Allan finally wanted to talk to someone rather than Jay.

OOC: I know and we're getting a bunch of views but no one is signing up c'mon people :P Is it a rule?

Jay noted Allan's "interesting" conversation and quickly slipped over to Gary's counter, and swiped some food and drink off of the counter. He nodded to Allan who quickly ended his conversation with Gary and walked over to Jay. He opened his bag and revealed some dirty water and a few iguana chunks, plus a Mirelurk cake that Gary was so famous for.
