It is on the road between Dragon Bridge and Rorikstead. If you stay on the road you can't miss it; it is the first bridge north of Rorikstead.

I love Robber's Gorge. It always makes for a fun fight, ESPECIALLY with Organized Bandits of Skyrim installed.
