I built a new robot at Sanctuary and as soon as I activated its personality all settlers became unassigned and wouldn't let me reassign them to anything. They keep saying that it is not allowed at that moment in time.

I reloaded the previous save and tried it again at Ten Pines and the same thing happened.

Has this happened to anyone else.
