So I'm currently on Volare! with my second character. Unfortunately at my current skill levels in Medicine and Repair I can't do either the quest for Argyll nor the quest for Loyal (unless I get some repair magazines or use one and run very fast). The Vault Wikia though said that alternatives include finding rockets for Raquel after doing "Ants Misbeahavin'", or giving rocket souvenirs to the Mini-Boomers.

I got all the rockets from the Dino Bite Gift Shop and have tried asking several Mini-Boomers, but the only option I get from them is "I'm just passing through". Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

You can get the broken solar panels from Helios-1 laying scattered around and use them to repair the broken stuff for Loyal.

I gave all my rockets to that hag Raquel and I got nothing-all meaning 200+ rockets(most of which were theirs anyway)Never tried the souvenirs for the Minis because when you take any of them they are forever in your inv. Can you do the quest for Jack to find his GF at the Crimson caravan?

My current repair skill level is 12. I can either invest 8 skill points that I wish to use for my tag skills at next level up or use skill magazines and try to get the panels as quickly as possible. I'd much rather give away 50 souvenirs I collected than go scavenging for repair magazines and then travel to Helios One to get the panels.


My speech skill isn't high enough for that either. My tag skills are Sneak, Melee, Unarmed, and Explosives.

I think your best bet is to Level some more and up the stats you need. I had to do this for Speech to get Jack is GF in the Caravan place.

she wants missiles for the missile launcher, you get rep for them.... not the souvenir rockets, you need one of those for the end of come fly with me, the rest are pretty much pointless.

ok 2 things
1.do you have a 7 charisma?(do give them the souvenirs you require a 7 charisma)
and
2.scrap metal, if you can complete jacks quest to gain easy rep, and i know someone already said missles but...

No, I've only got 4 charisma. By the way it was worded on The Vault, I assumed it meant I can have 7 Charisma OR give them rocket [souvenirs] to gain fame. I will go and try to increase my charisma to see if it'll work for me.
