I think dieselpunk is accurate. Oh man, I forgot how boss that outfit looked, and he only wore it for like 20% of the movie.

I remember playing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocket_Ranger and fighting nazis back in the late 80s, and http://rocketrangerreloaded.com/. So if you're interested in a Rocketeer-ish game, I suggest you check it out.

I think the rocketeer out fit would be a really nifty idea. I think a quest for it that was sort of ode to the movie to get the outfit would be pretty cool too.
