Game:

Each new post begins with a line "Meeting at a place" -- The place can be anywhere created by Bethesda. The first post begins with a character's story, spoken to a unknown stranger in the mentioned place. Two Nevarines are OK, though that is always a dangerous situation.

There are two posts in the exchange and for simplicity afterwards the adventurers go on to quests and glory.

Once you answer a post "Meeting at a place" that exchange is over. Please conclude a meeting with a wave or goodbye.

If you like, start a new RP or if you finish one continue your story from a new location.

Please elaborate more. I'm not sure I quite understand.
