One sounds like a good enough idea to me, though very similar to a certain movie whose name I can't remember.

As for never finishing an rp, few people do, even in the Oblivion section. People just eventually lose interest.

I think the problem with this forum is that there are too many new people. There are no experianced rpers here willing to create an rp and stick it out for the duration. Give it a year or so and this will be just like the Oblivion section.

I like #3. Especially if nobody knows the Enclave is running the show. Everything seems relatively peaceful and "normal" at the surface, but the more the protagonist learns, the more sinister the story gets.
