Lloras Telvayn will be more focused on preventing racism towards him people than anything else. However, Argonians are scum, more for their invasion that anything else. He doesn't mind any others, and actually enjoys the company of Khajiit and some Bosmer more than his own or other types.

I might as well add my 2nd playthrough character:
Dunmer thief/assassin will absolutely hate argonians due to their invasion of morrowind. Also, i personally hate Argonians. Nasty, scaley, lizard f***s.
