So was having spontaneous frame rates with a lot of severe dips like a lot of people have been saying on the 314.07 drivers. It was a clean install and all, just reformatted my PC prior. Started having crash at end of game, heard someone say roll back drivers to fix. Rolled back to 313.96 with a clean install (Driver Sweeper) and game runs a LOT smoother now. Runs a lot more like I would expect. I still get a dip here and there for seemingly no reason, like when you first get the bow and you look at the window it drops to 30. Other than those though, which seem a lot less often, game runs drastically smoother with very infrequent dips. Running on all high settings with 2x smaa at 1920x1080.

Oh, and when I first did it at end of game without v-sync my frame rates were in the 80's for the most part, but it didn't seem very smooth, almost like it was half the frame rate it was displaying.. Enabled v-sync and it was a lot smoother.

Get some dips during in-game cinematics, but really not too bad. Also get very slight stutters when loading new parts of level, but I assume that's because of my slow HDD.

In short, if using Nvidia GPU roll back to 313.96 and enable V-sync.
