I literally walked around unlocking everything with bobby pins and every once in a while haggled some people for money and drank some alcohol, it was REALLY easy to get her personal quest on both my characters.

Yeah getting her to do her person quest was easier than I thought. Taking Vault 95 at level 17 was not easy at all. I nearly gave up but thanks to a surplus of grenades I had (because I never could figure out how to throw them on the PC) I was finally able to take it.

Piper is easy to romance it just takes awhile. All you have to do is go around and help people and don't take advantage of them. Plus, I love Piper's one-liners.

I just found her. Guess I will stick with the dog.

That sounds like a good plan.

I like how this game recognises some of the clothes you are (or aren't) wearing.

I didn't do anything special but take her along on my missions, and talk to her. It was super easy to get her affection.
