So, I've romanced Danse. And it feels wrong to complete the BoS ending, would it mess up my romance if I tried to join the Institute, Railroad or if I tried to go for the minutemen ending? Any help will be appreciated.

Well if you make friends and then turn on them later they will have a problem with that. Would think it works the same in game.
