Hey I just got to the part where you buy her a horse and she's still wearing the same outfit from day 1. Is this supposed to happen or is something wrong?

You should not have to do that. She should change her clothes eventually. There should already be some items in the dresser.

oh, well I never got far in the quest it didn't exactly appeal to me  I just thought maybe that might have been a cause.

I dropped it pretty quickly too. The bedroom upstairs was nice, but the romance was not good...

So it's been at least 2 or 3 weeks ingame and she's still wearing the same stuff. What gives?

I guess you should check what Ntom pointed out. If that mod requires OBSE (I cannot remember) make sure you have OBSE installed.

It does require OBSE (version 14 or later) and Shivering Isles.

well I know by default she has the same clothing for everyday (I don't know about the "special" occasions though) so unless you want to see the same clothes, then you are going to HAVE to replace the clothing in the dresser. If you don't know which one I am talking about it is in the basemant next to her bed.
Put in the clothes you want for whatever day and tuh-duh!

I wonder how she changed outfits in my game... I did not ever both buying clothes for her, and I only recall looking in that dresser once. It should already have some clothes in it... Have you been working on the quest?

It was being rather buggy when I tried it. I remember sometimes she wouldn't put anything on it all, or would be in her swimsuit cleaning, no that I'm complaining :P But yea, she should wear the same maid outfit like Mon-Thurs or something. I recall in the FAQ it saying not to mess with her wardrobe till the main quest is over.
