Imperials get Speech bonus, I believe. Bretons hair is generally short/bald; better for making Champ than Ron.

I say go Imperial. 60% of the time, it works, every time.

I'm going to say Breton... they have bonuses to Illusion and Speech... not to mention conjure the best tales. I was going to make a stached Breton Bard already....this thread gives me more ideas.

edit: on second thought the Imperial Heavy Armor bonus could help for Cannonballs...and they both get a Restoration bonus to help with a long night of scotch
