i cant for the life of me figure out where this house is lol. the mod is by greyskiesrooster i think

Well, looking inside the plugin, it appears there may be transport from Ebonheart and Gnaar Mok, via some winged twilight creatures. And it looks like the house itself is in cell (-5, -6) which is in the Bitter Coast region.

If you can't find it, try this console command:

coc "Rooster's Nest, Commons"

That should put you right inside the first cell of the house interior. I do not know if the mod wouldn't like you doing this though.
