it says it disarm anyone hit you with melee weapon while you standing still. i cant not get this to work at all. is this a bugged perk or is there something i missed?

Are you just letting the attacks land or are you blocking them?

both, i also tried holding melee weapon myself or holding guns. nothing works

There are alot perks that simply dont work.
