rotating in first person

Post » Thu Oct 13, 2011 4:34 am

i'm sure most of us have seen the leaked manual (:whistling:) and have seen the controls for x box, it states you can rotate in third person if your weapon(s) are/is sheathed, i'm trying to think if this is a good thing or bad thing, sure it's nice to see yourself in the world but it might be a bit awkward to move around. this isn't a massive topic so i don't expect a massive amount of replies, i would just like to see your view on things.

EDIT:whoops the title says first person, i meant third :brokencomputer:

You can do this in many (most?) third person games, but the camera almost always automatically resets as soon as you move.
I assume that's what happens in Skyrim.

I might play in 3rd person if this is the case. I never understood the point of 3rd person in Oblivion, it made combat and all other actions more difficult for me. I only used it to avoid being snuck up from behind if my volume was low.

Does this mean what you do with your right thumb? I think it's the gamer aim button (gotta get used to it for these type of games). Last one I played on they style was Super Maria 64, so it takes some adjustment.

Halid you have have that image of the Japanese girl concert in your head? HA!
