To the people talking about liquor, stop wasting the OP's time. He's saying he wants the disease Rotgut to be more dangerous, and he probably wants diseases in general to be more dangerous than simple stat debuffs.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Disease because I don't see it in the list of possible diseases. It's not in the lists fro Daggerfall or Morrowind either. How about we calm down. This is a video game forum, not really a place to be "serious" about your time spent here.

Besides, he didn't specify if it was a disease or not, and everyone is always preaching that you should "use google" instead of asking questions so you can't blame anyone here for getting confused. If it is confusion at all.
