Even if devs are trying to improve the game by releasing some quick patches the fact remains same, The game has been reduced to meet console standards.

Did anyone listen to the PC gamer podcast, with Crysis 2 in it? I was shocked that any of those guys could work for a PC gamer magazine. They didn't even seem to know what basic technical graphics terms meant. It was just like "if it works and runs ok, them I'm happy ho ho ho".

So how to do explain why anti-inferiation wasn't included in crysis 1 where as crysis 2 clearly incorperates it into the textures, where the new dx11 oscillation particlies will shine to make it surpass its predecessor graphically. patch is soon and can't wait for the features to arrive.

Well....joules IS in fact a measure of energy....they got that word right (not in context....but they used it where it's somewhat appropriate). The screenshot comparison was hilarious, though, and just goes to show how oblivious fanboys are when faced with such things. Don't get me wrong, I'm genuinely disappointed by the game's graphical downgrades (the fov and motion blur and presets are really my only problems) as well, but hey, I'm not believing that "the broad spectrum resonance has been lowered". It sounds like they learned electronics from Icarly. XD
