I just finished the dawnguard questline, and I gottten the ruby paragon and sold it without knowing, anyway I can buy it back from somewhere or get another one? I wanna get Auriel's Shield

You have to reload a previous save if you want it. I never sell unique items. No matter how much they would sell for.
