Rude warrior in "The Art of Skyrim" : V - Skyrim

Daggerfall has a topless woman in it. I doubt a middle finger is much compared to that.

All the races are completely nvde in Daggerfall, as well as a handful of nvde enemies. A middle finger is nothing, but it still doesn't fit the universe.

Are you saying the middle finger doesn't grow out untill you're 18? No? Didn't think so.

Are we sure it's the middle finger? I can't see Bethesda doing this and releasing the pic. It would take away from their sales on how some parents don't let their kids play games because
of this. Yes Morrowind and Oblivion is rated T or M now, but don't fool yourself, alot of sales for TES games are now for around 10 year olds as well as us old farts.

If a parent doesn't approve of the game their child is playing, maybe they should shut their damn mouths and do some actual damn parenting. Deadbeat parents are one thing, deadbeat parents who whine and cry and threaten to sue because they were offended are sickening.

Yea i noticed that... I'm figuring its just there to make the concept art look more baddass, not that it will ever make its way into the game. Hope im wrong! Would be an interesting addition to how sophisticated TES's NPCs could be.

well, se it this way:

Historically, when archer were captured, they had their major and index finger cut. but when they excaped before, they usually showed that finger to taunt their captors after the escape. thus the finger was born in the middle east (there are others in europe too, but the actual gesture was different)
So it is actually correct to put this in game, as it would definitely fit archers/thieves/assassins

Did anybody else notice what the warrior with the Elven Armor is doing with his left hand? I hope this rude warrior will be a highly aggressive NPC in the game!

Why do you say rude? When non-combatants start offering critique, they need to be put in their place.

It was a mistake to flip off whoever is standing in front of him. That mace of his is useless. It's got Barbie-sized axe heads instead of proper flanges, they're barely connected to the base (would break or bend as soon as you hit anything tougher than a marshmallow) and the part of the mace that is going to hit you first is also the weakest, where it's farthest from the shaft.

It does not fit TES at all imo.

Yes, because they were revealed to the public with Bethesda's blessing. All the information on GI's website is fair game. They're putting it out there for us to see - it's only the magazine scans that are against the rules. If you want to see those go buy the magazine, or get down and dirty with your innermost google skills.

Preferably the first! : )
