Posted today. I call BS but who knows.

Also a perfect comparison vid between all 3 platforms done by Eurogamer.com. Warning you will be annoyed on why pc only looks slightly better than console.

I created a thread about it too, however with another website.

Looks like multiple sites are confirming the same thing, so I'd say the odds are good. Just hope we get proper implementation of DX11 and not just a FPS dropping bs.

I just saw that. Wierd only 2 minutes apart.

Yeah there has not been any talks of DX11 and since there was not even a screenshot I am guessing a half assed implementation is coming to try and shut us PC players up. We may stop complaining as much but we will not forget what Crytek released and called a PC game.

They are both quoting the original page, that doesn't mean they are confirmed it. They are just reporting the same rumour.

Maybe that's why Crytek hasn't been so responsive to the community with all the issues lately. They could have realized they jacked this game up so bad that they had no other option but to work long 18-20 hour days after it's release creating a directX 11 version to keep us pc gamers happy and save face. Hmmmmm.......

If and only if this were true. But considering Crytek's MAXIMUM AVOIDANCE policy for anything regarding DX11 on the forum so far, I can't imagine Crytek actually trying to fix anything.

Crysis 2 released a masterpiece and it's a console and PC game. It's not either/or, it's both. You idiots just can't accept it. Updates and patches are already coming to give the PC it's specific unique features and the bugs on all platforms are getting fixed. Noobs.

Here's a tweet from an employee

"Cooking some great DX11 tech bits for C2 fans, be patient guys. All I can say, is that we have 16 ms or more to have fun with pc hardware..."
Don't get what he means by "16 ms or more to have fun with pc hardware" though...

i wouldnt read too much into that after the threads about it got deleted becoz of "unaccurate information" according to Cry-Tom.
obviously the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing over at crytek.

I honestly hope Mr. Tiago Sousa won't get fired after his tweet... I don't think his profile is fake... but I have a little impression that he wasn't authorized to tell us anything about DX11 and he will be repressed by that "statement". This stuff is really TOP SECRET for Crytek and I was threatened to have my account deleted if I post anything about that again. Anyway, we're back to the start... no official info about dx11...

i doubt they would fire head of graphic R&D for a tweet. but i agree we're back to square one with no actual info about what the hell is going on.
