A little scout about the CK site (and elsewhere) has reaped little info regarding the Skyrim Rumors Subsystem.

I know that Rumors in Skyrim are triggered by various Quest flags, but, (correct me here) are unavailable to the CK for view or modification.

The rumor of particular interest, was, after despatching Grelod to complete the quest DB01 "Innocence Lost", dialogue from a passing NPC in the vicinity of Aventus's house was something like:

"Have you heard that Aventus has returned to Windhelm, and is now practicing candle-lit Dark Brotherhood rituals here."

Is there any way all of these Skyrim Rumors can be dumped to a text file?
