2. The game will freeze for a 3 seconds every 10 seconds of walking around.
I tried the d3d9.dll fix. The one online makes the game misidentify my card as nvidia when its an ati mobility x700. When I start it with this file everything looks weird like a photo negative. While the file on my computer is much larger but doesn't seem to do anything. Fallout 3 ran fine on this setup.
