Just kidding...wound up putting up Chapter 2 as well, which should appear within about 30 minutes of this posting. I realized that 1, while a good hook for non-FO players, won't really reveal a lot about the story other than what players already know.

I enjoyed the first two chapters, very good detail, flow of story and easy to follow, also implantation of known Fallout characters is always a plus. I'd say you have a good start.
