Just wondering what the system req. are for the construction set for morrowind.

Im planning on running it on my netbook and letting my son experiment with modding the game during his summer break. http://www.pcworld.com/product/113273/toshiba_nb205310.html?p=specs are the system specs, for a yes or no, but the system req for the CS will do.
