So my Fallout Shelter units have a rush chance of over 3000%+.One of my units is fine and it is any where from 28% - 49% and that is normal but 3000% is not normal. I do have pictures on a imgur link but I can not post links so you just got to take my word. If anyone could help me that would be great.
