I really hope that someone responsive reads this.
I would like to talk about "solution" from Gstaff.

• In North America, Fallout 4 supports English/French voice/text.
• In South America, Fallout 4 supports English voice/text, as well as BR-PT and Latin American Spanish text.
• In the United Kingdom and Australia/New Zealand, Fallout 4 supports English voice/text only.
• In most European territories, Fallout 4 supports English/French/Italian/German/Spanish voice/text
• In Russia and Poland, Fallout 4 supports English voice/text and Polish/Russian text.
• In Asia, Fallout 4 supports English voice/text and English voice / Traditional Chinese text.
• In Japan, Fallout 4 supports Japanese voice/text.

Note: On consoles, you may need to adjust the system level language settings to gain access to additional languages.

Please someone, slap in the face Fallout QA people, because this doesnt work! Adjusting system settings before/after/during launching / installing the game do nothing at all. You still get English voice / subtitles version. How could you explain this?

I made some tests to somehow figure out, what the hell is happening. So I created a new PSN (my original account which stores all the games is set to UK) account where i set my region and language to Ruassian. Logged in to PS4, navigated to Fallout4 in the store, and I noticed that game size slightly increased (slighty... about 2 Gb). And I strongly believe that is because of Russian subtitles, am I wrong?

So that means that you lied that to get proper version we need to adjust PS4 system level language!? Because account language settings != system level settings (I really hope you know it).

And the last one, I hope Bethesda knows that PSN account region CAN NOT be changed! So we are stuck.

Sorry for my rage post, but please understand me, I have waited of the release date since announcement. Preordered, on release date launched the game, and realised that there is no Russian subtitles included in AAA level game. Said ok... , closed the game and continued to play Witcher and Bloodborne. Cool, huh?

Bethesda we need a solution, patch update or whatever, at least subs in our language we dont pay for play a game in english

I am a big fan of Fallout 4 and 2 days ago I made the order of the game, it happens that my English is not the best (proof is that I am writing this message by Google translator ? ) and usually do not buy games in Portugal does not come translated by in PT-BR at least, there are certain different terms of the Portuguese language but can be seen perfectly, so it would not be a problem.
My request is if not, can they launch a patch where players may choose the language they find most convenient? I know the game in Latin America is with the translation to PT-BR and would be great news in Portugal had access to this translation because with the amount of content that Fallout 4 have would be a shame to play and not understand certain scenes of the game, in my case I have had many difficulties right, and dialogs of the main quets even more!

Please keep writing here your thoughts and complains about situation, that we, owners of PS 4 and Fallout 4 are facing.

We need to show Bethesda how it's important for us to have at least subtitles on our language.

We want to play the game that we paid for.

I came here for the same problem, why if bethesda have the voices in spanish, they cant put it in the version of south america, i think all of us need an a solution, or an answer, i hope they can hear us and doing somthing about it

We really need your involvement in our problem. As you can see many of us have faced the same language issue. We would be happy if you commit some effort or at least give some feedback to it.

Will it take a lot from you to satisfy your customers' needs? I guess not.

We are many of us who were affected by the issue , not that still does not give us a solution , it seems that we are discriminating
