Rusty Mace in House of Horrors : V

I was wondering if anyone has left the house of horrors with the rusty mace? I think it looks pretty cool before being restored to the mace of Malog Bal but didn't know if I could enchant, or improve it, if I left it as the rusted mace. Thanks!

Yea the rusty mace looks pretty badass. You can duplicate it from what I heard.

If you put the mace on a weapon's rack you can keep it.

You don't need to use it in the quest it's attached to.

This. Put it on a rack, then complete the quest. Afterwards, you should be able to keep it.
