Doesnt seem to exist. Yet clearly the game will need rvr progression. Many people would rather just make an alt if their main toon caps progression.

Is it coming in one of the "new skill lines" they are working on?

also, if they add rvr skill lines, should the skills take up regular slots, or exist in the unused slots 6-9?
