Sad for the end of FNV

Post » Wed Oct 05, 2011 1:49 pm

yes, some have been excited or disappointed, buggy as sh*t for some and smooth for others, the hieght of crativeness for some, and boring crap for others; but we have all come to the end of FNV and its DLCs with no more to look forward to...other than a possible reincarnation by Bethesda.
for me, i enjoyed every moment and nuance of this particular game, and am sorry it's come to its conclusion.
but, as any story, there was a beginning, a middle, and an ending. too short for me...perhaps too long for others.

i'll continue playing this game with new builds, characters, and end-choices, but i for one feel sorrow that no more will follow.

it's been a great ride, Obsidian, whether or not public opinion claims greatness or fail. i loved it. you creators took me places i'd never imagined or expected, regardless of canon or game engine limitations.

i've had complaints, but my overall satisfaction greatly outwieghs those.

i have, and will still enjoy this game.

and that's all i have to say about that.

thank you

But you should look towards the future and the better add the skyrim engine to the next fallout because skyrim looks sketchy and less buggy

Yup, now we all migrate over to the Fallout 4 general discussion/speculations and wait! Also I cant wait for the next Fallout Game, if it uses Skyrim's engine I will burst into flames. :flamed:

Not gonna lie, came in this thread expecting to C&P my whole "The game isn't over" shpiel, but I agree with you OP. I feel worse for those that treat FO as an FPS rather than an RPG. :obliviongate:

I am a bit sad that it is over, but lucky for me I got mods, hell I'm even learning how to use the GECK because I feel there is a lack in good quest mods for NV.

Too bad I can't afford a gaming pc, if I had access to all those juicy user made mods I could probably get another good year or so out of this game.
