Safe to add a few mods mid game?

Hello all. A few of ya have probably seen my saga of crashing Skyrim then reinstalling. Well, I got everything working properly and stuff now but I just saw a few mods I kinda would like to have, namely these:

Timing is everything to put off certain quests

So, ya. I can live without these mods, but I'd like to add them. But I'm tired of making my game blow up every time I play so if adding mods mid game isn't advised I'll just do without, but i figured I'd get y'alls opinion. My gut feeling is the 1st 3 should be fine because they're smaller changes.
