I've managed to get the bos,fota,and ncr's safehouse. Without pissing anyone off, I'm still neutral with everyone cause I'm going to see
If it's possible to get all safe houses. Now my question is. When I'm trying to get liked by the legion and I mint have to piss them off, when my rep with them goes down below liked, do I still get to use the safehouse or do they take away the key like they do for the ncr emergency radio?

You can piss them off after you get the key. They won't take it away (have to pry it from my cold dead hands). If they're hostile Veteran Atticus will try to kill you when you go in there though.
