Ok so no matter if I'm liked by NCR, CL, FotA, Bos, I NEVER get the key to their safehouses. Is this just bug that I have, or is this a widespread issue? Anyone know a fix for this?

Can't say I've had it happen, but are you going to the right people who hand out the key? Also I've never received the Followers key before Exalted and joining them.

Do you know the conditions of each faction to obtain the key?

Yeah, I checked the wiki and it says you have to be "liked" by that faction. On my current playthrough I just finished "The House Always Wins, II". I'm idolized by NCR (quests) and Legion (dogtags). I went to Cl Hue and Cusor Lucus (whatever their names are) and yet I still can't get the keys...

FoA: Liked, have joined. Joining is unlocked by contributing enough medical supplies to Julie that she says they have enough.

BoS: Complete "Still in the Dark".

CL: Working on it. Probably "Liked" plus completing "I Hear You Knocking".

NCR: Liked, complete Camp McCarran quests.

And that's all the safehouses.

You actually don't need to complete the Camp McCarran quests unless that was a caveat added in the most recent patch. The last time I ever received the safehouse key I was already liked by the NCR from my assorted quests and when I walked in to offer my support to Colonel Hsu he handed me the key and gave me a reassuring pat on the bum back.

Oh. I was attaching that because he's only ever given me that key after completing most of those quests. So change that accordingly.

You have to be idolized by foa.

But like you said just keep giving Julie Farkas med supplies and eventually she will say thanks and here's a key to safehouse
