It said my application was already confirmed

Post » Tue May 31, 2011 7:33 am

I just wanted to let Crytek know I'm not only interested but dying to play this beta. According to me, when I clicked on the sign up button, it said that my application was already confirmed, which is why am I worried. I REALLY WANT to be part of this. Anybody's got this problem too??? If it says my app was already registered that means I'm signed up now??

Hmm... I don't have that problem since I never got invited. xD

Anyway, I would think that means you are applied, and good to go. ;)

I hope you make it next time with the likely PC beta.

I did not run into this problem. It just gave me a green dot and said, appilcation confirmed.

I had the same thing happen to me, when I clicked to sing-up it told me I had already been registered. I'm hoping that means what it says and I'll get in.

Same thing here, hope it's nothing to worry about and that once they start giving out tokens you can give them your Xbox/personal info.

It does mean you're confirmed. I got the same message. I signed up in June when the site launched, and if you did so then you're probably confirmed applied. Now all we can do is sit and wait.

You receive this message when you click the link a 2nd time. If you click sign up once then you're in, if you click it twice you get this message. I would imagine you receive it right away because you clicked it twice from the start - additionally if you can see this then you are already signed up as wanting to take part in the test.

FYI - This is not true. I got the same message the first time I clicked the "Sign up" button in the 1st e-mail. I figured I must have double clicked it since that is what everyone here said. I tried several times again and kept getting the same message. Eventually I just dropped it and figured I was registered for the test.

Well, I happened to be back today and checking things out and figured "What the hell" and clicked the e-mail one more time just for the hell of it. The result? I finally got the "Thank you for registering" message. The one I should have gotten several weeks ago. This tells me that it had nothing to do with "double clicking" anything. There was obviously a flaw in the system and I feel that many of us never had a fair chance to get into the MP Test.

It's great that I finally got it to work but obviously I completely missed the opportunity to participate in the MP Test through no fault of my own.

Sincerely,
Dissappointed

exactly what happened to me too. after the site's redesign recently i clicked the link again (that's how i found out about the redesign actually, EDIT button, wooohoo) i first got to see the "thank you" thing with the sixy logo. i'm pretty sure i was registered for the test at that point in time and hadn't earlier so basically i never had a chance to get in which is sad.
EDIT: or shinanigans post on page 5 is right, of course. we'll never know.

Yes, I got the same thing.
Hopefully someone from Crytek can post clarification for those of us that received the message:
Application already Confirmed You have already registered your interest in the Crysis 2 Multiplayer Test.

Same here. I got that message the first time I clicked it. And I was using an iPad so double clicking is not likely.

If it`s says your application is already confirmed it means that you have a chance getting into the beta. So no worries people. :-)
