Great work! I really like that tattoo, and the eyes are perfect.

Yeah I freaking love it. I'm going to make a replacer for myself with more than the default number of NPC heads (assuming that's possible, I can't see why it wouldn't be) and I can't wait to scoop up all your stuff.

Definitely possible, it's an easy, but a bit tedious, cs tweak. :)

He looks like he's been in a fight...and lost. I can see him as a former Imperial guard. Good work. :goodjob:

Wow love the scarred one. I wish I had your talent for imperfections. LOL that sounds so bad but you know what I mean.

LoL that isnt a talent. You just look for ugly skin diseases, scars, scratches and that kind of stuff on google pics and then apply it softly on the smooth skin texture :D
I think its a matter of what your goal is. I enjoy making these "rough" characters, but I also dont want to overdo it. I will also make some without to many imperfections.
I bet you could also make such character, if you want to! But of course it starts by choosing the right picture. I found a bunch of pictures from convicted criminals which are really great to produce the kind of feeling I want to give my faces.

Charm of Morrowind is that you can actually look at these people and they still look like honest people that just have some bad luck when it comes to where are they sent on duty/born/whatever. There's so much on Vvanderfell that can take credit for these scars on these people that they loose the "convict" look. :P

That being said I absolutely love the guy with messed up eye, so much in fact that I'd rather see him as a unique character than repeated face. Great work! :goodjob:

Thats true there are not many who can keep a smooth skin on Vvardenfell :P

Repeated faces?!I would love to see all the npcs as unique characters :D Even the guards, imagine.. that would be great. I better not think about the time it would take : /

Haha nah, I know. I meant, this guy has too much character to be a guard face for example, so if you're going for a replacer give him to some group of people that aren't repeated as much (as much as guards, for example, are).

Awesome men's faces! Jiub's is incrediable, talk about keeping to the vanilla look while making it 100% better! I love your scarred Breton as well, I have to agree with Chaka, he has far too much character not to be a unique character of some sort. (Like, my next PC...) I love the other older Breton face as well, but he really needs better, more detailed hair to go with him!

You do those scars on the faces very well, Saiko. They look like they are part of the face and not just drawn on with Photoshop.

I wanted to keep the original face of Jiub, just with a little better quality.

This looks sweet, 1st Jiub face that I really like. :D

I have some good news. I finally managed to get a working talk/blink animation on a manually edited mesh. That means I dont have to base my faces on the available face models but I can edit the face forms, which will result in a lot more diversity in faces (different nose length / width, chin length etc. everything I can imagine :D) which REALLY can make them unique! It took me almost 2 days to find out how to get it done, cause there wasnt any real tutorial material.

I hope to soon present you a face which isnt only unique in texture but also in shape !!

It really isnt that hard to learn when someone explains it. You just need some blender basic knowlegde, which also is quite easy to learn. Imagine you can make your Altmer even more unique :D shape their noses exactly how you want and stuff!

He found out how to reanimate the heads (cause editting a head removes the morphing animation).

Sweet to know Saiko, I'm sure many people will appreciate this!

So please can you make a tutorial about it for the (future) modders? please

Yes I will see whats possible. I also think this knowlegde should be passed on, as its not too difficult, and could create real nice changes.

So here is the first face I made with self-edited model: http://oi42.tinypic.com/bdo1op.jpg

I'm not really a master of human proportions or anything, but that guy's head looks a tad flat on the top to me. Not by a whole lot, just enough to make it look strange to me.

Great work overall, Saiko.
