(DC) A Saints Tale: Legend of Saint kor

hehe, yes, im back again, and advertsing to the world about my next big mod project.

the saints tale seirse, is one that adds a whole new religion, 2 new factions, and many sub stoires to the game.

its prequil (4 part serise, this is part 2), is eagles pass avaible on nexus for dl..

im opening this thread to talk about ideas, and see what everyone else thinks.

the storyline opens up 2 weeks after eagles pass leves off, where you get these strange letters from an unknown person named, luarent... you follow the tiral, to re-start the adventure you had just finshed, or left.

this goes deeper into the history of the saints, and the events of the past. it introduces both the guardians of the saints, and their rivals,

intended to have 14 quests, 3 of which are already done, progress is currently underway for qusst 4

let me know wat you think,

I think your mods look interesting - I've kept an eye on Sutch Reborn and Eagle Pass for quite some time, so I'll use the opportunity to ask about those as well. Are any of them close to finished by now - including proper cleaning? (I ask about the lattter because the last versions I downloaded was quite dirty, even with an additional, incorrect master esm file).

Anyway, your mods look creative and I still hope to install them when they reach a pretty completed stage. :)

I'm using Vows and Covenants which introduces certain paths you can choose to follow is there anything in this mod like that?

Anyway I'll be DL'ibg Eagle Pass now :D

yes DCRP (my name, meaning, Dragon Captions Resocure Pack) is on nexus now for dl, packs 7-13.. packs 1-6 must be gotten from file front, as im not allowed to upload giskards work to neuxs...

as for the paths, im not quite sure wat u mean there mate....

and the thing wtih this one, u are finding out the horrors that happend with this ancient religion (and the reasons that they died out...) they were 9 good kings, and you follow the story of what happend to them, and then pervent a plot from being carried out that deals with it :) hehe

legend of kor, fills in all the gaps in the storyline (the history part) its very puzzle heavy, and resarching, still a good mount of battles too :) hehe

the last two mods, is dealing with the current issues :)

I'm getting more and more hooked on this. I like puzzles and taking my time so I will probably like the Legend of San Kor.

I have a question regarding Eagle Pass: Do I need the 5.6 version only or do I also need the new master esm file? They are uploaded the same day (April 25th) so I don't know...

the new esm, is to bridge the two esps (ie eagles pass and legend of kor :) hehe)

so, yes, u need vs 5.6, and the new esm ;) hehe

i have the newsest version of the ems (v 2.2 ) on my harddrive, that i will rlease wen i realse the first beta of legend of san kor (probably wen i finsh this quest :) )

this mod is set in the forests south of cheydinhal :) and just west of cheydinhal... so no skyrim this time :) hehe

new update:

quest four: San Ria's final Plee (working title)
return to saint rias stronghold to see if you can solve the puzzles, and unlock the treasrues he held,

new armors, for both the main good and evil factions

in addtion to the armor of the saint king :) hehe

back to work

You hid eagles pass yesterday before I could DL it but I'll grab the updated version now :)

EDIT: btw do I need all the DC packs up to number 13? I don't know where 1-7 is at?

u only need 12 and 13 (i think just 13, but both to be safe)

and 1-7, are the packs giskard assembled (there modders resocues) but we are not allowed to post them on nexus, beucase gisakrd put them together, due to an insodent earlyer this year...

i dont use the resocue pack more than i have to.... becuase i dont like depending on someone elses pack (ie, giskards, onras, whoeverS) if i dont run it, im not srue it will always be there to use kinda thing...

but now i run it so its safe :P hehe

but yes, 1-7 can be found on file front (the part speificly for ob, i dont remember how to get there, u probably will no wat i mean) if u dont, search either filefront, or google to find the links...

update:
working on the way to structure the trials.... some of them are charector based (ie, moral, would u help a wonduned peasnt, if u didnt know them, or diffrent thigns)

probably try good and bad options here, hehe

would be intersting if someone could add the "karma" system to this game, using the infamy and fame atributes :) hehe

ps, to comment above, the CS has a spell checker biult in that fixes all spelling errors.... (even the u, into you :) hehe)

I downloaded Eagles Pass now, but I couldn't find any version newer that 5.7, and that one is certainly not clean. It still contains deleted record and records identical to master - and it still has CURP as a master. The last time you wrote that was an accident that was to be cleaned up - isn't that correct anymore?

no, ealges pass requires the curp, becuase all the village walls are in there, beucase i couldnt get the meshes to work correctly, onra fixed that for me and added it to the curp...

he also said he took that time to clean the mod.

as for 5.7, that is the latest....

Quest 6: the armorer's folly

quest 5, is the introduction to an old friend... and then quest 6 is a hunt, that leads u into a deepening of the plot line, with the apperance of some charectors, and wisdom they speak.

7 will uncover the last big piece of the puzzle to the lost histories... the others... are to preent the prophicy from being profilled.

the first nine quests in this mod are complete, in addition to the city of San Kor, that is featured at the end of this chapter... it will be further explored, and developed in chapter III: Resurrection.

I notice that the DC website is under reconstruction (or was as of yesterday). Any idea when it'll be back up? What sort of changes are planned?
