I have tried for 4 hours to to resolve this issue and nothing has worked. I have restarted, reinstalled, verified integrity and continue to have this problem. After making my character and beginning in the house the salesman never spawns. I interact with everything, go into the baby's room, wait for the broadcast to repeat and he never shows up ever. I've contacted support but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or something that might work. Thanks.
