I had an RP a little while ago dealing with a long abandoned city run by a wealthy noble of Skyrim. Within this abandoned city was a group of adventurers and the like who were stripped of their personal items, be it weapons or magical trinkets, and left in the city called Chillrest. This go around I want to make sure this won't crumble slowly.

I am humbly asking you all to help me with this idea. Give me some constructive feedback on how to make it better and flesh it out. Here is the previous thread for you all.
