Samurai Sword gone from Mothership Zeta : Fallout 3

Hey people, i'm dealing with a bit of a problem in Mothership Zeta. I'm at the end of the Waste Disposal level, and I go into the closet where all of the First Aid kits are. The Samurai Sword is supposed to be there, but it isn't. Or it must be in some secret location that I can't find, or it has disappeared because of a bug. Can anyone help me? Here's my load order:

Iirc I couldn't find it in the closet either.I just took it from him later.Check all over because sometimes it falls off the shelf.
