It's been more than a week in-game, and the shops and crops in Sanctuary have not refreshed yet. Vendors don't have anything new, their caps are still drained and all the crops that I harvested have not grown back. All other settlements are refreshing their shops and crops just fine.

I'm running the Fallout 4 beta on Steam, and I'm not entirely sure if this is due to the 1.4 update.
