Sanctuary Settlement Raids

Alright.... so I might have gone a bit overkill in the department of defense with zerging up on turrets and surrounding a good portion of the settlement with walls...

But I have a feeling that I might need to make it a bit more compact. At the moment, it's incredibly sparse even at a population of 16. Currently the Settlement is spread out over the entire island. This is nice... but I had a Yaguai actually charge in from god knows where (I had walls spanning most of the island, except some of the lifted areas, and areas near the water) And really... it seemed like no one noticed the stupid thing as it came barreling after me till I hit the alarm. The guards noticed, but it seems NPCs will not try to trigger alarms.

Plus... with all the turrets I have around the base, it seems they can't focus fire, as they have a certain range till they notice something. Or they possibly can't turn around.

Thoughts?

yeahh to solve this issue, i make a wall around my settlement. and leave only 1 door. So now we they attack me they always come from the front.

As for the turrets, I think they do not operate on a 360 swivel, closer to about 120. When you place them you need to be sure they are facing in the right direction.
