I have gone to Sanctuary for various radiant quests, but for some reason I keep getting the Kidnap quest in Sanctuary and the location is always Breakhart Banks. There are no enemies there anymore, and haven't been the last four times I got the Kidnapping quest. This has to be a bug right? Because clearly no one is doing the kidnapping.

On Kidnapping missions, anyone know how long it takes Settlers to get home after rescue? I've got Tatos dying on the vine in Sanc cuz Farmer Sally is taking her sweet time.

I would say around a day or so. Just hope you don't start getting settlers kidnapped over and over and it always be the same place even after that place is cleared.

After that point if there's no enemies is it a kidnapping or Jimmy and Jane sneaking off to do Jet?
