So is this guy important or does he play a role in anything? I am about to kill him and take his suit. I am trying to look the part here dammit. He drops 250 caps when you kill. Does that make him important?

He is NPC for one of the quests. You will have a chance to choose to either kill him or threaten him in that quest. The quest is not for the main storyline.

Well all i can say is dont kill him before doing that quest because it still wants me to collect the money from him and he is dead as [censored]. Killing him is quest breaker.

Edit:This kind of really svcks. Now i am just going to have this incomplete quest stuck in my quest menu. WTFDKSJDKf.
