Decided to mess around with the Fort textures a bit and tailor them to my liking. Hope you like them! :)

Yeah, someone did make the original textures, but I edited them. Which makes the edited ones mine, I still credited the creators of the original textures in the README though.

thanks for this, i saw your screenshots in the "what are you working on" thread i think, and i do remember wanting some textures that were a little less bright.

And I would like to give special thanks to the creators of The Morrowind Visual Pack for creating the
original textures.

oooh.. u really shouldn't credit yourself. bit big-headed?

says so right here:
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=2915

i cant DL that mod (limited gigs) so i didn't know what the original textures look like. so one else had it though:

i dont think u can claim it as your own, and credit yourself for it when all u did was... well... if u where in photoshop; press ctrl-u; slide a few bars; save. done. sorta not right.

I never took full credit for creating the textures Wolli, I took credit for editing them. At the time I couldn't find the names of the people who created them so I simply put a "Special Thanks" at the end, and I don't appreciate you flaming me for my work even if it wasn't that hard to do.

Didn't notice that before, I'll check it out and see what I can do.

Now that you know, it would be good to edit their names in.

@ wollibeebee, please try to be a bit kinder when passing information on.

I'm currently in the process of updating the PES file with the right info.

EDIT: @RAKninja, both the floor textures are the same resolution, I'm guessing the UV map on that mesh is making it do that, I'm about to open it in nifskope and play around with it a bit and see if i can get it to look better.

sure thing, because the wall textures are great, i like the varicolored stone, rather than stark walls.

Added a mesh fix, I just scaled up the UV map on that part of the mesh to increase the resolution. Should look ok now.

it's an improvement, but it's still noticeably more pixelated than other textures.

i dont think it'll conflict with the texture i was using before, as i think its from the texture pack you redid. if you dont want to bother messing with it too much, i can just go back to that floortex.

It's up to you, I was going to do it anyway :P

I'll probably get around to it sometime this weekend, I have a research report for english, and a project for algebra due this week so I'm pretty tied up at the moment.

I like the textures a lot except that they do seem to look somewhat pixelated.

Would be awesome if you could fix some other UV mapping problems on the imperial fort pieces also, such as the doors and the spiral stair meshes.
